Collection — Adaptive Carry for Modern Mobility A.R.C. had a loyal following but hadn’t kept pace with how people now work, travel, and commute. Working with product management and sales, I identified gaps in the line and helped define a strategy across three consumer segments: CITY for youth, Crosstown for college students and early-career professionals, and A.R.C. for the established professional. I designed an expanded A.R.C. collection spanning compact wrist-carry pouches, crossbody bags, laptop and iPad sleeves, and a 40L travel duffel, and led its development. Each new form addressed a distinct use case, from quick-access personal essentials and hands-free tech carry to organized travel with a luggage pass-through. The designs extended A.R.C.’s established aesthetic, keeping the look familiar to loyal customers while adding more purposeful functionality for work, travel, workouts, and everyday carry. With Apple updating its MacBook lineup, the Apple buyer was looking for a refreshed case. I proposed Edge to modernize the offering while preserving the fit and protection customers expected. I developed the concepts and led the design through tool-ready CAD and initial prototypes, working closely with manufacturing partners to refine the form and tooling within a development window of under six months. The design showcases the MacBook rather than concealing it, and a subtle shell contour improves grip and handling. I balanced wall thickness, geometry, and material constraints to achieve a slim profile while keeping the injection-molded shell resistant to cracking. I took it from concept through CAD, printed prototypes, and refined tool-ready CAD to final production sign-off, working with manufacturing partners. • Frosted texture for improved grip and a more secure hold • Dedicated lanyard loop for convenient attachment and added utility • ~8 ft drop protection with MagSafe compatibility
