UBCO 2X2 Special Edition E-Bike Bag Set
For UBCO’s Special Edition electric bike, I designed a custom bag system that expands the bike’s versatility while staying true to its rugged, adventure-ready design. The project combined user-focused problem solving with detailed technical execution, from initial concept to market launch in Spring 2023.
Developed a center carry bag that fits seamlessly within the bike’s frame and features a quick-release system for stability and ease of use.
Created a rear carry bag optimized for maximum storage capacity, including the ability to fit a pizza box for delivery needs.
Produced detailed concepts, technical drawings, and construction specifications.
Partnered with UBCO’s Asia manufacturing team to finalize design and production.
5.11 Tactical – Modular Bag Collection
For 5.11’s conceal carry customers, I designed a modular bag system that allows users to mix and match components based on their needs. The collection combines discreet styling with hidden tactical features for rapid access in emergencies, balancing everyday aesthetics with professional-grade performance.

Cooler Master – Tactical-Inspired Gaming Accessories
Designed a tactical-inspired line of gaming accessories for first-person players, emphasizing performance, modularity, and ergonomics. Led the entire design process from concept sketches and Photoshop renderings to 3D CAD in SolidWorks and final visualization in KeyShot. Integrated functional and user-tested features to enhance comfort, control, and production feasibility.
Designed accessories with tactical-inspired aesthetics and a focus on high-performance gameplay.
Incorporated functional elements such as a Picatinny rail for LCD status screens, a quick-change function dial, and a thumb-control directional pad.
Developed interchangeable palm rests, intuitive control layouts, and LED indicators based on gamer feedback.
Validated designs through focus group testing and ensured integration with existing internal components.
