At Incase, I helped shape product direction across multiple carry collections by combining global market insights with hands-on product development. Through collaboration with international distributors, including research trips to Japan and Seoul where I translated regional consumer behaviors into product strategies and launch-ready designs.

Tracks — Travel Mobility System
Collaborated creation of the Tracks collection with Japan distributors. Field insights informed design decisions around travel behavior, compact carry formats, and efficient organization for dense urban transit systems.
The collection focused on durable construction and streamlined storage to support frequent travelers moving between airports, transit, and city environments.

Crosstown Collection — Streamlined Tech Carry for the City
Designed and developed the Crosstown collection to update and address the current Incase consumer landscape. The product line strategy was built around what would be needed to address the needs for the current Incase consumer. The products were designed to balance protection and thoughtful internal layout to support the latest tech products as well as daily carry items between workspaces and travel within a clean, minimal silhouette suited for city environments.
The delivery challenge was balancing the user needs while completing the project from start to production ready in under 8 months while aligning with cBOMs, MOQs, MCQs and FOB, LDL margin targets.

A.R.C. Collection — Adaptive Carry for Modern Mobility
Expanded the A.R.C. product line by evaluating carry needs for changes in international consumers and modern commuters. I designed and developed an expanded collection—including duffels, crossbody bags, pouches, and laptop sleeves—focused on adaptable storage for work, travel, workouts, and everyday essentials like phones and AirPods.
The expanded collection updated the original A.R.C. collection for todays consumers. The designs emphasized modular organization, durable recycled materials, and improved usability across multiple daily carry scenarios.

Edge Hardshell Case
The original hardshell aesthetic had become dated after years without iteration, resulting in stagnating sales. The Edge hardshell case was proposed to refresh the case line. I designed and developed from ideation to production-ready CAD, collaborating closely with manufacturing partners to refine tooling in 3 months keeping the sales partnership. The final design delivers durable, low-profile protection with full port access and improved handling.
